Following the 2026 Nationwide AGM on 15th July 2026, James announced his intention to create C4DG as part of his Four Pillars for Stronger Member Democracy.

Over the summer of 2026, James has been contact relevant organisations to join as founder members of C4DG. A draft Terms of Reference, timetable and expected commitments from founder members has been shared with relevant organisations.
